Prophecies of God

"And I saw heaven opened, and behold a white horse; and he that sat upon him was called Faithful and True, and in righteousness he doth judge and make war."  Revelation 19:11

In the Book of Matthew, Chapter 24, verse 3 the disciples of Jesus asked what shall be the sign of thy coming, and the end of the world? Jesus answering very clearly gave a timely answer. It seems as though, however, in the Twenty-first Century people do not believe that Jesus will return to earth to receive His children into Glory. All down through the ages deceptive prophecies have been declared by pretenders, and false prophets that have caused many to fall into the hands of Satan. But every Word in the Word of God, the Bible, have come from the mouth of God, and will stand the test of time. From the Old Testament to the New Testament, the fact, that Jesus will return again have been declared by the Prophets of Old. From Moses to King David, Isaiah, Daniel, Zechariah, and Jesus Himself. Many of those prophesies have been fulfilled, and certainly many being fulfilled moment by moment.

In John 14:1-4, Jesus spoke these words, "Let not your heart be troubled: ye believe in God, believe also in me. In my Father's house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be also. And whither I go ye know and the way ye know." John 14:1-4

In Zechariah 13:4, he lets us know the area Jesus is going to return. It says, "And his feet shall stand in that day upon the mount of Olives, which is before Jerusalem on the east, and the mount of Olives shall cleave in the midst thereof toward the east and toward the west, and there shall be a very great valley; and half of the mountain shall remove toward the north, and half of it toward the south." Zechariah 13:4

Today, rather than running with the devil, as we see the multitudes doing, it has become increasing clear that a reverse course is necessary for salvation, in which one should be running to Jesus. Jesus' return to earth is imminent, and there is a need to be ready.

In 1 Thessalonians 4:13-18, the Beloved Apostle Paul states, "But I would not have you to be ignorant, brethren concerning them which are asleep, that ye sorrow not, even as others which have no hope. For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so them also which sleep in Jesus will God bring with him. For this we say unto you by the word of the Lord, that we which are alive and remain unto the coming of the Lord shall not prevent them which are asleep. For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first: Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord. Wherefore comfort one another with these words. 1 Thessalonians 4:13-18

The call to salvation has been made to receive Jesus Christ as personal Savior. Now is the time to receive the call to enter into His Kingdom. Where will you be, and what will you be doing when Jesus comes?
